Welcome to SRS

Welcome to the ASAA SRS 2.0. This system is intended to help us more quickly and seamlessly track student eligibility for teams while ensuring you have access to all the resources necessary to streamline registering provincial teams and managing your students. Registration process changes

• Coaches must be registered to their school prior to a team being created (All head and assistant coaches must be registered to the SRS system). Coaches will only need to be registered once and then added to their respective team(s) year by year.
• Transfers and Appeals are now integrated into the new ASAA system and can be initiated through their respective school SRS login.
• All Principals and Athletic Directors will have their own unique login. These logins will not be tied to a school, but rather to the individual themselves as you now log in with your email address. If there are any personnel changes within your school, please contact the ASAA immediately to update the information.
• Only Principals can initiate, approve and deny transfers. This must be completed from the Principals login, the Athletic Director can no longer complete this step.

Students are not eligible to play unless they are properly registered for their team on SRS.

ASAA encourages you to become familiar with the system at the start of the year.
